Dr. Rev. Adv. M. Moses Chelladurai boasts diverse qualifications in theology, law, and humanities. Renowned for his exemplary practice as an Advocate in courts of the highest order, he also spearheads influential institutions like the International Rights Organisation and the Wisdom Law Chamber. His unique profile as a theologian, legal strategist, and social reformer underscores an enduring zeal to foster fairness and progress, advocating ceaselessly for societal improvement.

S.K. Kaliraj Pandian serves as the Vice President of our IRO, recognized for his unwavering dedication to serving those in need, providing support around the clock in all corners of society. Known for his punctuality and discipline, he has risen from humble beginnings, overcoming significant challenges through relentless hard work to achieve a position of success and stability in IRO. With a deep understanding of the struggles faced by the underprivileged, he has made it his mission to combat poverty and uplift the marginalized. His active role in IRO focuses on implementing impactful welfare programs, and he consistently organizes a variety of camps each month, benefiting individuals from all walks of life. The Vice President of IRO is a dedicated social worker who helps people in need at any time. He is an example of punctuality, he came from a strict poverty line, and due to his hard work, he is currently the State Vice President of IRO. He is well aware of the difficulties of the poor and needy people, and has fought against poverty. He has joined IRO and is working well to implement the welfare schemes of the people and conduct all kinds of camps every month to help all sections of the society.

R. Ravikumar M.sc LLb(Honrs)

R. Ravikumar is a distinguished advocate, specializing in industrial dispute, arbitration and labor welfare and a remarkable track record in eradicating child labor. He is also well-versed in diverse fields such as medicine, business, public service, and social welfare. An academic scholar, he holds an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and an MBA in Finance. In addition to his academic in TNPC Group-1 for DSP achievements, Ravikumar was a National Powerlifting Champion from 2001 to 2004, representing Madras University. He also selected as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. However, his passion led him to pursue law, earning an LLB and building a successful legal career. His professional expertise includes representing clients in the Transport Maintenance Team of Hyundai Motor Group, showcasing his deep knowledge of business and labor law. With a strong commitment to child welfare, Ravikumar joined IRO to advocate for children's rights, prevent child abuse, and defend the fundamental rights of all individuals. His leadership focuses on restoring workers' basic rights and ensuring their welfare while continuing to make significant contributions in multiple sectors. General Secretary of IRO, a great advocate for the solution of workers' problems and the need for workers' welfare. He is a dedicated advocate for the eradication of child labour and has worked in many fields such as medicine, business, public and social services. An excellent scholar in M.Sc. (Biotech), MBA (Finance), a sportsperson by nature, he won the National Powerlifting Championship of Madras University from 2001 to 2004. He qualified for D.S.P. training through Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, and his passion for law led him to do LLB. He is well versed in business and has worked as a lawyer in the Transport Maintenance Group of Hyundai Motor Group. With his experience in many fields, he chose IRO to protect the rights of children, fight against sexual crimes against children, assert the fundamental rights of the people and restore the basic needs and rights of workers.

R. Rajeshwari M.Com LLb(Honrs) Advocate, Madras High Court,

R. Rajeswari is an accomplished advocate with a dual expertise in law and finance, excelling in accounting and auditing. In addition to her legal career, she is an experienced educator and has dedicated her life to women's welfare and child education. As the founder of an educational institution with multiple branches in collaboration with Bharat Seva Samaj, she has made significant contributions to women's empowerment and the education of underprivileged children. Rajeswari has organized numerous educational programs, providing free tuition for impoverished students, and has also extended her support to law students by offering free legal education. Her passion lies in eradicating poverty, with a focus on improving the lives of women and children. Attracted by IRO's mission, she joined the organization to further her commitment to safeguarding women's rights and preventing violence against women. In her role, she actively implements women's development programs, offers counseling and support to family and abandoned women, and educates them on government schemes-both central and state-to empower and uplift them. The Treasurer of IRO is a skilled lawyer and well versed in accounting and auditing, has extensive experience in teaching, is meticulous in providing free legal advice to women, and runs a MASS educational institution with several branches. Along with Bharat Seva Samaj, she has dedicated her entire life to the welfare of women, their fundamental rights and the education of children. She has conducted many educational programs and provided free education to poor students and free classes to law students. Her desire is that women and children should fight against poverty. As the goals of IRO appealed to her, she joined it to protect women's rights, prevent violence against women, implement women's development programs, create awareness about the schemes of the Central and State Governments among family women and unsupported women and help them to improve their lives.

Sneha Mohandoss

Sneha Mohandoss 23 year old chennai based young girl who started a mission For Hunger Free Nation By starting a Facebook page called FOOD BANK- INDIA in the year of 2015. She spreads happiness through her goodness just by not feeding the poor by herself but also inspired many across the world to do the same. The altruistic work that she has been doing for last 10 years has spared many poor souls going to sleep without a meal. Her team also worked in many natural disasters like floods, cyclone, etc. In the beginning it was just her and 10 to 15 volunteers in the group Food Bank Chennai. Now there are 18 + chapters across India taking the inspiration. They have launched in South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, which is coordinated by the local volunteers of the countries. Food Bank India has been honored in various platforms while the most recent one was handling social media accounts for our respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi as part of 2020's World Women's Day by our Founder Sneha Mohandoss who was honored for being the top seven women achievers. She also been globally recognised by many awards like Nestlé Maggi awards, Hersheys Real Hero Awards, National Youth icon award, Inspiring Women achiever’s award, MEGA young women achiever’s award. She also been invited by Ace Actor/ Makkal Needhi Maiam Leader Kamal Hassan to his party to contest for MLA elections 2021 in Saidapet, she won the hearts of close to 14,000 votes and secured 3rd place competing with present Tamil Nadu Health Minister. She is still continuing her selfless service without taking break and spreading her love across the nation and setting an example for many women and youngsters.
